Flower Moon Breath + Movement

Join us this Thursday for the first in a new series of free online wellness classes! Starting this week our in-house wellness practitioner, Caitlin Callahan, will be leading us monthly on the Full Moon and teaching techniques for feeling grounded in our minds and bodies. Caitlin incorporates aspects of full-body movement and active meditation to create a practice that focuses on mindfulness and stress-reduction. During Thursday’s class, she will also be guiding us around using the powerful energy of the Full Flower Moon.

The video will be available starting at 5pm EST / 8pm PST on @dogwood_botanicals IGTV. You’ll be able to stream at your own pace anytime that works for you. We look forward to sharing this offering with you!
